Custom Waivers User Guide

Welcome to the Waiver Page User Guide of RentalTide! This guide will help you navigate this feature to build-out custom Waivers which you can require guests to complete as part of their booking and check-out process.

Introduction

By creating a custom Waiver Template (or templates), you can assign this waiver to a booking workflow, requiring your guests to complete their waiver immediately after completing their payment process as part of the booking workflow.

We intentionally ask for waivers to be completed after payment processing in order to minimize friction in the booking and check-out process. By assigning a waiver, we will message yoru guests to complete the waiver electronically so that all waiver paperwork is completed prior to their booking date and time.
