Upon logging in, you'll be greeted with the Home Page dashboard, which includes the following key components:

  • NPS Survey: Participate in our Net Promoter Score survey to provide feedback.

  • Dashboard Header: Displays your personalized welcome message and quick access to customization settings.

  • Interactive Charts: Visual representations of your rental revenue and ticket sales.

  • Recent Sales Table: A detailed list of your latest bookings and transactions.

  • Theme Customization: Options to personalize the appearance of your dashboard.


Theme Customization

Personalize your dashboard to match your style and preferences with our theme customization feature. You can adjust colors, fonts, border radii, and switch between light and dark modes.

How to Customize Your Theme

  1. Access Customization:

    • Click the "Customize Theme" button located in the dashboard header.

  2. Color Scale:

    • Choose from a variety of color palettes such as Primary, Fuchsia, Violet, Blue, Green, Yellow, Red, and Orange.

    • Click on your preferred color to apply it to the dashboard.

  3. Radius Scale:

    • Adjust the border radius of UI elements for a more rounded or flat appearance.

    • Options include None, Small (sm), Medium (md), and Large (lg).

    • Hover over data points to see exact revenue figures for each day.

    • Use this chart to identify peak revenue days and plan accordingly.

Tickets Sold Chart

  • Description: Illustrates the number of tickets sold each day for the next 7 days.

  • Features:

    • Bar Chart: Represents daily ticket sales.

    • Total Tickets Sold: Displayed above the chart to give an overview of your sales performance.

    • Analyze sales trends to understand customer demand.

    • Identify days with high sales to optimize staffing and inventory.

Tickets Sold by Boat Chart

  • Description: Breaks down the number of tickets sold per boat over the next week.

  • Features:

    • Bar List Chart: Lists each boat alongside the corresponding number of tickets sold.

    • Total Tickets Sold: Summarizes the total sales across all boats.

    • Determine which boats are most popular.

Recent Sales Table

    • See More Button: Navigate to the full bookings page for an extensive view of all transactions.

Switching Between Customers

You can switch between different customer profiles to manage multiple accounts seamlessly.

How to Switch Customers

  1. Open Customer Selection Modal:

    • Press Ctrl + I on your keyboard to open the customer selection modal.

  2. Select Customer ID:

    • From the dropdown menu, choose the desired customer ID you wish to manage.

  3. Confirm Selection:

    • Click the "Confirm" button to apply the changes.

    • The dashboard will reload to reflect the selected customer's data.

  4. Cancel Selection:

    • If you decide not to switch, click the "Cancel" button to close the modal without making changes.

  • Answer: Click the "See More" button above the Recent Sales table to navigate to the full bookings page, where you can view all your transactions.

4. I'm having trouble opening the customer selection modal with Ctrl + I. What should I do?

  • Answer: Ensure you are pressing the correct key combination (Ctrl + I). Additionally, verify that your account has the necessary permissions to access this feature. If the issue persists, contact support for assistance.

5. Can I switch back to my original customer profile after switching?

  • Answer: Yes, you can reopen the customer selection modal by pressing Ctrl + I again and select your original customer ID to switch back.
