Adding a Payment Method

  1. Navigate to Payment Settings:

    • Log in to your RentalTide account and go to the Payment Settings section.

  2. Add Payment Method:

    • Click on Add Payment Method and enter your payment details (e.g., credit card or bank account information).

  3. Verify Information:

    • Ensure all entered information is accurate to prevent processing issues.

  4. Save Changes:

    • Confirm and save your new payment method. A verification step may be required for added security.

Updating Payment Information

  1. Access Payment Settings:

    • Go to the Payment Settings section in your RentalTide account.

  2. Edit Payment Method:

    • Select the payment method you wish to update and click on Edit.

  3. Enter New Details:

    • Provide the updated payment information.

  4. Save Changes:

    • Confirm and save your updated payment details. A verification step may be required.

Removing a Payment Method

  1. Navigate to Payment Settings:

    • Access the Payment Settings section in your RentalTide account.

  2. Select Payment Method:

    • Choose the payment method you wish to remove.

  3. Remove Payment Method:

    • Click on Remove and confirm the action.

  4. Confirm Removal:

    • Ensure that at least one active payment method remains to avoid interruptions in billing.

Usage Tips:

  • Maintain Multiple Payment Methods: Having multiple payment methods ensures uninterrupted billing in case one method fails.

  • Regular Updates: Keep your payment information up-to-date to avoid failed transactions.

  • Secure Storage: Ensure that your payment methods are stored securely within your account settings.
